Applications are invited for suitably qualified Consultant Anaesthetist's to join our theatre services team as part of our Locum Bank.  You will be working as a locum for the Anaesthetic Department completing sessions due to short notice leave over North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals in a wide range of clinical sub specialities.  The sessions will be offered per service requirements by the Clinical Director.

                                  
The successful candidates will have a broad scope of clinical capabilities with a commitment to continuing medical education. In addition a strong focus on continuous quality improvement and personal development.

 
We offer a large variety of clinical work, an Acute Pain Service, an Anaesthetic Preadmission Service, busy Obstetric Units in both hospitals, and a strong focus on Regional Anaesthesia.

 

The FANZCA or equivalent is required, and registration with the New Zealand Medical Council is essential.
