Fiduciary services and capabilities are an integral part of the services we offer to clients.  With over 160 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families, it is important that our Trust and Estate services are delivered by the most capable people, with technical experience as well as the ability to interact well with a variety of types of families and individuals.  The Regional Practice Lead is responsible for managing the Trust platform for clients within their region of the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Fiduciary Management team on a National basis.
 
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
New Business Review and Approval
Oversee business acceptance and administration of all regional fiduciary business. 
 
Talent Management
The Practice Lead is responsible for the development and management of the Trust Officers.  This includes monitoring and assessing performance on a regular basis, coaching and mentoring, and continually looking for and recruiting new talent to keep the trust staff at the highest caliber possible.
 
Client Relationship Management
The most successful organizations provide unparalleled service and capabilities to their existing clients.  The Practice Lead works with the Trust Officers and Market Managers to ensure that Trust Officers are deepening existing client relationships as much as possible, and providing the best client experience possible.  Also, the person filling this role needs to be a subject matter expert to guide Trust Officers on questions concerning client relationships and fiduciary matters as they arise.
 
Sales Management
Growing the fiduciary business is a primary emphasis within the firm, and the Practice Lead works closely with Trust Officers and others in the markets to make this happen.  This includes working on regular and ongoing sales management initiatives, and making sure Trust Officers are pursuing all sales and growth opportunities.
