This is a 6-month contract, which could be extended.

 

Seeking a Quality Assurance Software Specialist who will ensure all functional, technical, and content requirements are met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and deliver high-quality work.

 

• Reviews current experiences to identify performance issues, errors, or functionality discrepancies.
• Monitors production Network to identify issues and outages
• Maintains bug, version, and release note repository
• Identifies changes within an experience and communicates changes needed to documentation.
• Builds in-depth documentation/troubleshooting steps for known, unresolved issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Excellent database and spreadsheet management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in software and Web 2.0 development (C#, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL) an asset.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid passport and availability to travel
