Position Title: Retail Account Specialist, On-Premise, CT

Position Location: Stamford, CT (Home Based)　

 

 

Position Summary: Builds relationships and sells-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts. Ensures all key / brand KPIs are achieved.　

 

 

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

 

Individual:

• Executes PRUSA plan at store level
• Responsible for selling-in new items and strategic initiatives at franchise state key accounts
• Responsible for performing account visits at franchise state key accounts
• Schedule and administer on site product promotions and signage
• Builds relationships with franchise state key accounts
• Monitors and maintains up-to-date awareness on product information, company initiatives and promotions, advertising, and industry trends
• Develops account detailed "Call List" with key contact and call schedule
• Responsible for daily Pre-Plan of activities and daily/weekly recap of results and accomplishments to RAS Team Manager / RM

 

Shared:

• Responsible for product distribution and placement in conjunction with multiple distributors
• Works in conjunction with distributor to achieve PRUSA strategic goals and implement initiatives, innovations and programs at store level　

 

Key requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a Sales/Marketing Concentration

 

Experience / Background: Must be 21 with a valid and clean driver’s license. Entry level consumer product sales position.

 

 

Working Conditions:

Field Environment: Work is performed in a typical field environment with moderate demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage. Frequent travel by land and/or air in diverse weather conditions is required.

Travel: Occasional

Estimate: 20% of time – local travel
