· Deliver high quality code including code coverage, 100% unit test coverage, design stability, low # of defects etc.

· Participate & deliver high/low level designs for assigned modules

· Detailed understanding of application environment

· Ownership of continuous integration environments and deployment plans

· Generating and complying with architectural and coding standards

· Collaborate with other team members & architect for successful delivery of the product

· Organize meetings and communicate effectively within team as well as with partners across various locations

· Responsible for supporting implementation and post-installation testing and fixing of any problems.

· Work with multiple development teams in different time zones

· May serve as on-call resource to support applications

· Role will require some travel

Tech Lead Skill-Set

· 8 + years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

· 4+ years Tech Lead Experience in Java, JEE Design, Development and Support

· 2+ years in Agile development projects including working on projects involving story pointing, sprint planning and daily scrums

· Strong software design and architecture skills with knowledge of UML, use case modelling, class and sequence diagrams, multi

· Strong Software Development Process Experience (Agile - Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management)

· Excellent industry experience in unit/mock testing and integration and performance testing of JEE applications and related tools

Strong experience using, MyIbatis, DB2, Oracle 11g, REST, ESB PolarLake, Git, ClearCase, Spring MVC, maven, PL/SQL, MQ, WebSphere 8.5.

(EJB3, JMS, JPA, JAX-WS, JTA), Spring Integration, iBatis, maven, Drools, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, MQ

Sun Java 1.6 (or higher) Programmer Certification

· Experience working with multiple development teams (on-shore and off-shore) on multiple target environments.
