The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an experienced and visionary individual to provide leadership to the MCW regional medical education campus located in Green Bay, WI. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to help support the growth of physician practice in northeastern Wisconsin, especially in medically underserved areas. The Campus Administrator will work with the Campus Dean, MCW Senior Administration, and community partners to develop and maintain the administrative, financial, and student support infrastructure needed to ensure the successful operation of the MCW-Green Bay campus. The Campus Administrator will oversee all on-campus, day-to-day administrative functions including financial management, personnel management, facilities, and information systems. Also, the Campus Administrator will act as liaison with the MCW Office of Academic Affairs in Milwaukee to ensure student services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
The successful Campus Administrator candidate will:
· Work in partnership with the MCW-Green Bay Campus Dean and collaborate with, MCW Senior Administration, and MCW Office of Academic Affairs to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to serve the needs of MCW-Green Bay medical students
· Collaborate with community-based academic and clinical partners to ensure the highest quality education and services for medical students
· Foster positive relationships and presence in the community on behalf of MCW
· Manage the operations of the MCW-Green Bay campus within the fiscal and productivity guidelines of MCW including budget oversight and management
· Provide leadership and supervision to ensure quality services are provided by a competent staff
· Assist in other project work and duties as assigned.
The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration or related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible management experience. Master’s Degree and experience in an operational role in an academic atmosphere strongly preferred.
