Overview of the role:
- Coordinate key compliance-related initiatives, and provide project management support to the CAO and Head of Compliance
- Work with project team members across LOBs and functions to achieve project goals
- Direct agreed activities and provide guidance where possible
- Work with Legal & Compliance to identify / analyze key regulatory obligations and translate those into actions
- Maintain a project plan, issues log and decisions register (via a Sharepoint site)
- Facilitate project meetings
- Escalate issues and highlight key workstreams / activities that are off-track or unresolved
- Specific projects: Related Party Transaction Notice; Outsourcing / Insourcing
- Demonstrated experience in managing key projects / programs and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent analysis and presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor Degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Formal Project Management qualifications would be ideal
