The Northwoods area provides a beautiful landscape to enjoy while driving to serve your patients and offers year round outdoor activities.  Our values-driven approach and comprehensive continuum of services ensures the highest level of personalized care for our patients on a one on one basis.  As a Home Health Aide, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide total care or assists to a patient’s needs.  Such as bathing, hair care and other personal hygiene.  You will also be responsible for monitoring use of medications, vital signs, reporting and documenting of physical and/or behavioral changes, ambulation and transfers, and light housekeeping tasks in addition to providing emotional support to patients and families.  All while following safety, security, and infectious control policies and procedures.

 

This is a casual position.

 

·        High school graduate or equivalent. Completion of nursing assistant certification.

·        Listed in the state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry

·        CPR certified

·        Experience in health care field preferred

·        Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, use of car and proof of auto insurance required
