We are seeking a Director to head up our Business Strategy Government Programs for our growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and support relating to existing and future Government program products and services consistent with overall Network Health organizational strategies. The Director is responsible for creating and exploring future business scenarios based upon emerging trends and assessing market opportunities and threats. Outputs will include the creation of comprehensive annual and long term product strategy for profitable growth of government programs at Network Health including but not limited to benefit design, pricing and underwriting, financial arrangements, internal and external communication, operational procedures and systems development. The Director will conduct product specific analysis and reporting in a timely fashion to ensure that appropriate market specific strategy is implemented to ensure ongoing profitable growth. The Director will have overall leadership and direction of Product strategy and product development for government programs.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field. Masters Degree preferred. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in business development or planning along with a minimum of five years experience in the health insurance industry or other related health industry experience, this experience can be concurrent. Demonstrated leadership, strategy and development skills are necessary. 5 years of management experience. Demonstrated “hands on” approach from development through implementation of products. Current Wisconsin Health Insurance License required or gained within the first year of employment. Network Health will reimburse for the cost of the license.
