Network Health a wholly owned subsidiary of Ministry Health Care is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will support multiple lines of business for benefit interpretation, claims, authorizations and membership inquiries.  Receives telephone calls from Members, Agents, Providers, Legal Counsel and Employer Administrators.  Provides excellent service to internal and external customers through a demonstrated commitment to AHS/NHP Mission and Values.    
 
An ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated to providing accurate information to members effectively utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills while communicating in a positive manner.
 
This position offers a rotating schedule M-F, 7AM to 7PM and Saturdays from 8AM-Noon.  We are seeking a candidate who is flexible with their schedule to meet the needs of the business.

Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent, Associated Degree preferred.
 
Minimum Related Experience:
Will accept 2 years or more customer service experience in the insurance industry with knowledge regarding insurance principles and medical terminology.
