Position Description:Positions in this function are involved in developing marketing, merchandising, and creative strategies and tactics to promote and sell the organization's products and services through the Internet. Establishes, maintains and updates the ''Web experience'' from the viewpoint of the customer. Develops affiliated programs designed to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and portal sites that are strategically aligned with the e-commerce goals. Manages the implementation of e-commerce marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Predict emerging Customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
- Participate in the development of business strategy.
- Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives.
- Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives.
- Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
- Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
- May have segment-wide impact.
- Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.
- Work on managing the Pay Per Click (PPC) analysis and strategy.
- Advise on best Search Engine Optimization practices.
- Review the work of others.
- Develop innovative approaches.
- Sought out as expert.
- Serve as a Leader/Mentor.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1+ year of experience with Vendor Management.
- 1+ year of experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- 1+ year of experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- 1+ year of experience with Pay Per Click (PPC).
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with an eCommerce Platform.
- Understanding of Adobe CQ5.
- Experience with Email Marketing.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Link Building.
