Direct mature market inititives and education

Create and direct innovative initiatives and education that equip management and staff with critical insights and knowledge to ensure successful business interactions with the mature customer. Continually analyze the complex interaction of business priorities, changing customer needs and employee skill sets to develop targeted initiatives that impact positive business results. Leverage new research in the field of aging to develop specific communication tools and techniques that equip employees to recognize and respond to unique customer needs.

Create and deliver strategic business solutions to support growth of the program

Analyze customer data and mature market trends to develop recommendations that are linked to critical business issues. Represent the customer's perspective in the development of business solutions. Advise on strategic initiatives, create strategies that enhance effectiveness and efficiency (e.g., enhance communication success with customers who are hearing impaired, newly widowed or have dementia). Provide direction on design of print communication, marketing materials and new products and services to meet the needs of our customers and support the growth of the business.

Develop Catalyst360's position as an industry leader in the mature market

Analyze current and emerging trends and national policy changes in the field of aging that impact the healthcare industry. Showcase business and aging expertise at national trade shows. Serve on local and state advisory committees for aging organizations on behalf of Catalyst360.

Deliver Gerontology Services to business partners and clients

Enhance client and business partner relationships by delivering unique gerontology solutions that promote the organization's vision and mission and goals. Provide consulting services to our partners and clients on strategic inititves relating to the mature market including aging expertise, insurance and financial acumen surrounding healthcare.

 

Some telecommuting is an option for this position but you must be within driving distance of our Horsham PA office.

- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Gerontology or equivalent work experience

-Broad work experience in the field of aging

-Experience in a business setting

-Sound business skills and knowledge

-Strong project management skills

-Experience in presentation delivery and classroom facilitation preferred.

-Strong knowledge of current research related to health and aging

-Ability to work between alternate sites on a regular basis

 

- Minimum intermediate skillset level with PowerPoint

-Ability to travel as travel could average 10-15%.
