With over 3,000 employees globally, we are currently hiring a Technical Sales Specialist to join our growing ADMS practice. This role will be based in London and will require the successful candidate to travel up to 50%, primarily within EMEA but may also require international travel from time to time.

This role requires development and execution of business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments/regions. This role is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining new sales opportunities and programs with existing and new Dell customers.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop business with new and existing Dell accounts in Dell’s Application Development, Maintenance and Support Services
- Engage with Dell’s sales channel to create large and strategic business opportunities across Custom Development, Maintenance and Support
- Analyzes business opportunities, assesses potential markets, and develops projects for use in new marketing initiatives
- Focuses on acquisition of new customers as well as enhancement of business within existing customers
- Educates prospective customers on the merits of the company’s range of services skills and expertise
- Develops account presence by creating a high added value working relationship with senior customer personnel
- Customarily and regularly engaged at partner and/or customer facilities
- Transfers knowledge to sales teams to improve their sales skills around a solution set or within a vertical
- Serves as a technical authority within the organization and with customers
- Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives
- Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends

 



 

Qualifications/Requirements


Strong  combined experience in business development/consulting 
Advanced career success developing business for Custom Development, Maintenance and Support solutions at the Tier1/Big 4 level, across multiple technology landscape (Java, Microsoft, Legacy, Middleware etc.) offerings
- Experience/familiarity with the offshore consulting/support model
- Proven success developing multi-million dollar revenue streams
- Expert presentation skills and customer service skills
- Proven sales and marketing skills
- Sales history showing ability to sell solutions in complex environments
- Very strong negotiation skills and financial / business acumen
- Commanding presence and able to build consensus with executive level audiences

Preferences
- Advanced skills and experence or graduate degree and/or commensurate certifications
