 • Lead the implementation of successful investment and insurance product launches.

• Enhancing bank’s income over traditional deposit earnings.

• Increasing cross-sell of Investment products from ICG and 3rd party providers into the GCB customer base.

• Lead and develop liability (deposits) strategy to work in-sync with investments and insurance.

• Lead and Develop Regional/Local GCB Investment teams.

• Work with legal & compliance to deliver products and communications within the regulatory framework and current Citi policies.

• Improve Citi’s core financial performance through distribution of investments, insurance and off-shore products.

• Build retail investment products distribution capabilities.

• Work with local GCB teams to consistently drive excellent product development/distribution and sales performance across Citi.

• Agree targets and KPIs with GCB sales leadership in each country.

• Align to the global third party alliance and partners agreements to complement the Citi product portfolio.

• Work with Global, IPB and Insurance to optimize the global product portfolio Customers / Stakeholders.

• Understand customer needs and address these by implementing global and solutions (investments, insurance, off-shore and deposits) whilst implementing for local conditions.

• Implement global sales advisory process.

• Implement financial planning process and tools.

• Contribute to establish brand consideration for wealth management.

• Develop targeted products to identified customer segments.

• Improve the Customer Experience by enhancing product portfolio and delivery

• Quickly build positive relationships with key stakeholders Leadership & Teamwork.

• Lead a cross functional team across different geographies.

• Lead Regional investment product related projects for GCB.

• Work with Citi teams around the world, sharing best practice and project experiences.

• Contribute to the Global development and sell of new product solutions to a global client audience. Operational Effectiveness & Control.

• Contribute to develop a stronger more cohesive global approach to product portfolio development and execution.

• Contribute to the development of a global investment product system interface for execution and customer transactions.

• Create opportunities to share great practice across geographies and teams, leveraging synergies and eliminating duplication of work.

• Work with the country GCB teams to ensure operational delivery of global product initiatives.

• Ensure provision of appropriate MI and measurement mechanisms

• Master's Degree required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Candidate must have more  than 10 years of experience in Small & Middle Market Business.
• Ideal candidate must have strong experience in leading teams.
• Knowledge about Product and Process.
•  Proved track record in relationship management.
