Define and implement the regional Core Banking products (Lending and transactional retail) strategy (right customers with the right products through market / portfolio analysis to current and potential clients, driving a consistent net customer growth and maximizing the productivity, profitability and sustainability of each segment.

 

In addition, the individual will lead the acceleration of CitiPriority segment. Key focus of the role is to develop and implement the optimum customer acquisition strategy and increase customer profitability. (CitiPriority target market definition is investable assets and deposits from $10K to $100K) Core Banking Products.

 

  1. Define the right product offer for each segment, define the pricing strategy, the competitive lending process, build with local teams the corresponding Product Programs and assure proper and timely implementation.
  2. Define strategies to increase products volumes, in order to ensure customer needs and maximize the profitability of each segment.
  3. Interact with the Regional Risk group to define strategies, product programs and Test Budgets. 
  4. Design Standardized Metrics framework covering entire portfolio/segments. 
  5. Ensure the management and profitability of the portfolio of assets the management of the portfolio of liabilities to ensure the best mix of acquisition that secure us the profitability.
  6. Work in conjunction with Countries to create Steering Committees, partnering with them to leverage the best practices and ensure their commitment and fasten deployments. 
  7. Permanently identify and implement opportunities to increase assets while maximizing segment profitability. (Markets / Competitors).
  8. Identify needs and preferences, through the monitoring of consumption patterns, products portfolio volumes to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
  9. Design strategy for the products launching and re-launching campaigns, both for the acquisition of new customers and the incentive for usage of current customers. 
  10. Review and update Product Programs according to markets/business needs as well as being in compliance with local regulators. 
  11. Design strategies and campaigns for customer retention in order to maintain the portfolio of target segments. CitiPriority/ CitiBanking.
  12. Establish the core product and service proposition to serve this segment.
  13. Implement best-in-class product across all markets.
  14. Focus on strategies to grow our customer portfolio.
  15. Increase the cross-sell in CitiPriority across all markets. 
  16. Develop sales and distribution capacity.
  17. Work with CitiPriority Segment Heads in each market to increase business penetration and synergies.
  18. Build strong relationships with CitiPriority banking segment heads in the Countries.
  19. Provide strategic input to the systems and information architecture for the Segments.
  20. Agree targets and KPIs with CitiPriority sales leadership in each country. 
  21. Improved customer acquisition and profitability.
  22. Sales targets e.g. Growth in PIL and AUMs.
  23. Optimization of the CitiPriority regional product portfolio for the target audience measured by cross sale ratio.
  24. Improved x-sell ratios and increase share of wallet for CitiPriority customers.
  25. Design CitiPriority P&L and full MIS.
