Territory Manager (On Premise)

• Someone who is great at negotiating and has sound decision making skills
• A person that loves to communicate and is passionate about our products 
• Someone with integrity and trust and is able to work autonomously
• A person that has great planning and communication skills 

What this role involves:

• In conjunction with the Field Sales Manager, set brand, value and volume based objectives by total territory.  Specific attention to be applied to ‘drive’ accounts.
• Initiating cost effective promotions from concept to sign off and report on incremental sales.
• Identifying and agree call frequencies across portfolio that support cycle/brand activities.
• Advising on and compile premium cocktail lists. Communicate brand heritage, spirit styles and mixology criteria to drive placement endorsement and incremental growth
