You will join a 4-person Physician Recruitment team, recruiting for all of Ministry's facilities across the state of Wisconsin.  We have a range of different hospitals and clinics, ranging from Level II Trauma Centers to Critical Access Hospitals in both urban and rural areas, providing you with variety and challenge to keep you intrigued as you further your recruiting career.

As a Provider Recruitment Consultant, you will responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and directing all activities for the recruitment and hiring of primary care physicians, specialty care physicians, and advanced practice clinicians for Ministry Medical Group and affiliated clinics and hospitals (as needed). It is very important to possess strong leadership skills, a good sense of humor, high energy level, and a positive outlook. Dealing with people at all levels and with varying skills is key to this role.

 

 

This position is salaried at 40 hours per week and will require frequent travel throughout the state of Wisconsin and nationally in order to find and recruit the best talent, so we are looking for a candidate who is excited about the opportunity to network with a multitude of providers and other professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, healthcare clinical work, clinical leadership, or medical sales required.
  • Experience with physician recruiting preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, certification in AIRS and/or Master's preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience using a variety of recruiting vehicles and sources such as diversity recruiting, internet recruiting, utilizing research for direct recruiting, outplacement and other innovative tools and techniques to find viable candidates required.

  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and practices such as OFCCP and AAP required.

  • Successful experience in a fast paced, multi-location, collaborative environment required.

  • Experience in healthcare preferred
