This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality clinical applications training and end-user support for clinical Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation systems ( i.e. CattailsMD, Centricity, Cerner, etc) System-Wide. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pre-class preparation, delivery of application training, and post-class cleanup and documentation. In addition, the Clinical Applications Educator (CAE) works collaboratively with multiple departments  (IT, HR, PMO, etc) and stakeholders (MHC/MMG managers, senior leadership, educators,  end-users, etc) to ensure employees and students and other end-users receive appropriate application training and that applications are being utilized appropriately. The CAE is a role model of professional behavior and is instrumental in creating a professional climate within the Organization.
