INTERN - MARKETER (SOCIAL MEDIA)

Intern - Marketer (Social Media) will help support all marketing activities with a focus on developing, executing and managing a social media strategy.What you will do:
- Assist in developing, scheduling and publishing social media content across multiple platforms
- Maintain a topics calendar, drive traffic to the blog and leverage the blog for clients, prospects and advisors
- Assist with listening and monitoring of social media conversations using Radian6 and other social media tools
- Support and enhance the IT website
- Support a paid search strategy including helping to optimize keys words and performing analysis of search activity
- Perform research for the sales function and support campaigns
What you will need:
- Previous academic or work experience using social media networking and collaborative technologies including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- PACT - Passion, Accountability, Creativity and Teamwork (foundation of Acxiom's culture)
What will set you apart:
- Previous blogging or paid search experience
Preferred Educational Criteria:
- Bachelor or Masters students pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related area of study
- Seeking May 2015 graduates with a GPA of 2.75 or above
