We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Pega for our Eden Prairie, MN location to design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document Java/J2EE based web applications. Utilize current knowledge of Pega/PRPC workflow technologies and SQL. Software development using Agile methodology. Design, develop, and deploy reusable workflow/bpm components. Adhere to architecture standards, mentor team members, perform code reviews and assure quality of the code delivered, and best practice development. Utilize design patterns, such as parallel processing, dependency management, rollback concepts, transaction management, retries and alerting. Contribute to design discussions and perform code reviews. Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 3 years related experience. Experience may be gained before, during or after Master’s degree program.
- Must have demonstrated experience with (1) Pega/PRPC; (2) Java and J2EE; (3) Agile software development methodology; and (4) SQL.
