Position Description:
Positions in this function typically involve providing network-related consultation and installation services. This includes coordination between customers and other UHG support services. Typically involves providing network related analysis, design, and integration services. This includes coordination between clients, vendors, and other UHG support services and includes both data and voice. Position requires working Nights, Evening or Weekends (scheduled hours by supervisor). On call and Holiday hours (rotation schedule shared with team) are also expected.

-Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
-Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
-Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
-Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
-Translates concepts into practice.
-Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
-Coaches, provide feedback, and guide others.
-Acts as a resource for others with less experience.

Required:
-3+ years of Cisco data network operational support or equivalent experience
-1+ year of Cisco voice operational network support or equivalent experience
-Must be able to work weekends (regular hours scheduled by Supervisor)
-On Call and Holiday hours (rotation schedule shared with team)

Assets:
-HP Openview network management experience or equivalent experience (2+ years)
-Script language and Sharepoint experience (2+ years)
