The Occupational Therapist plans, implements and documents patient evaluations and specific treatment plans for individual patients. Practices in accordance with Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice, JCAHO, Title 22, and the Policies and Procedures of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.
