The On-Duty Support Management (ODSM) Change Management and Transition to Support position is responsible for the change management process and governance of planned and emergency changes move to production processes for SAP and core applications. This role is also responsible for the coordination of support transition activities, and end-user and internal support communications.

The candidate for this position will be working closely with various teams on a daily basis (including IS Functional Support leads, Kraft’s AMS business partners, Release Management, Project and Testing teams) to:

- Provide move to production approval and coordination of SAP support changes during release cutovers

- Provide timely end user alerts and communications for release cutovers, system outages, and other events to ensure our customers are well informed of planned and unplanned production events

- Coordinate knowledge transition efforts to ensure proper transition of new and enhanced functionality from project to support ownership

- Provide On-Duty Support Management functions: this responsibility is shared and rotated weekly within the Enterprise Systems Support and Operations group to govern emergency production changes and serve as the central point of contact for critical production events.

The IS Lead also strives to continuously improve and standardize the support and change management processes for operational efficiency.

This position will work under the supervision of the overall IS Support Lead for Enterprise Systems.
