This role is responsible for analytics and reporting associated with the respective Indirect Towers they would support.

This position may support the category managers with:

- Reporting & analytics
- Process Management
- Content Management within SmartKart (catalogs/free text)
- Master Data maintenance. – pricing, source lists, SAP contracts, Materials, Vendors
- RFx and auction support
- Supplier compliance – technology/process onboarding (Kraft Connect, OB10, etc.), payment methods ( ACH, ePayables, Corporate One Card), Bid forms, financials, etc…
- Contract Management – reporting, uploading, template maintenance, etc.
- Compliance Reporting
- Price Resolution
- Invoice resolution

These activities will also ensure the most optimal terms and conditions for Kraft, while not negatively impacting service or quality, and also supporting Supplier Diversity goals.

This role may manage various transactional activities as related to systems and process, and is responsible for learning, understanding and following all Kraft and Business Unit policies, in addition to all Procurement policies and procedures as part of the overarching Procurement governance model.

 

Category Activities and Analytics. Leads, controls and drives improvement in the transactional buying process for respective category areas to capitalize on opportunities, drive productivity, and deliver quality and service requirements for stakeholders. Manages transactional activities and analytics for identified categories to include entry and management of projects into PI+, preparing Bid Waiver and Bid Record documents to obtain sourcing approvals, resolving and responding to invoice kick-outs and facilitating SAP workflow management for new items, specifications and pricing. Ensures compliance to Kraft financial, Procurement, confidentiality and risk management policies, and the communication of these policies to suppliers and stakeholders.

 

Support for Departmental Sourcing Processes. Validation and management of pricing and cost model changes, developing RFP events, analyzing and summarizing RFP response data with a TCO focus, generating materials for negotiations and presentations, and management and tracking of supplier KPI’s and scorecards. Also includes measuring adherence and compliance to Kraft Procurement policies and procedures.

 

Project Management. Actively participates and contributes key category and Procurement knowledge to the team discussion. Has ownership and accountability for all assigned action items and follow-ups, and drives improvements in processes, capabilities and systems within identified categories of spend.

 

Business and Stakeholder Alignment. Contributes to frequent team meetings, and provides regular communication to outline risks and opportunities for respective areas of responsibility.

 

Financial Planning and Analysis. Assist in market and financial planning activities for additional departmental categories, and some level of demand management leadership. Facilitates market analysis using relevant market and industry information. May also create and manage cost models for specific categories for key suppliers. Provides ownership and accountability for individual goal setting and achievement.
