Responsible for hotel's Executive Office and for assisting General Manager with analyzing data, writing reports and developing strategic plans. Also responsible for handling customer satisfaction inquiries, related correspondence and communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to write complex documents. Highly customer driven. Office and hotel administrative skills. Superior computer and reporting knowledge. Team player and service oriented. Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, Very dependable.

 

College Degree preferred in Business Management or Hospitality. Administrative assistant experience highly desirable. Hotel experience a big plus. Customer service experience.
