The Assistant Outlets Director will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Outlets Director Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

-Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
-Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
-Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
-Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
-Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a consistent basis.
-Must have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
-Must be able to support outlet management team in the implementation of new food & beverage concepts
