As an Account Executive at Dell it will be your overall objective to drive growth in a select account base of Development and Acquisition accounts, to lead solution and services focused sales through strong customer relationships which increase statement of work within these accounts.
 
Your Role Responsibilities will be to:

-  Manage your account portfolio by face-to-face interaction with the customers and you will be the single integration point of Dell’s relationship with the customer

-  Build strong customer relationships through deep and wide customer contacts to grow the business

-  Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive higher value offerings within your targeted accounts and to provide increased value to key customers

-  Document thorough and comprehensive account plans to include account overview, business/industry drivers, competitive landscape, historical sales data, major sales initiatives/action plans and key contacts

-  Engage the virtual sales team as appropriate to build solutions for the customer

-  Ensure that a positive customer experience is delivered every time to create Dell Net Promoters

-  Provide sales leadership and experience on large complex services and solutions sales opportunities

-  Deliver agreed revenue, margin, growth and mix targets on a quarterly and annual basis

-  Share learning and insights from customer interactions which allow to reshape internal processes and evolve the sales model

Qualifications
You thrive among decision-makers and you are considered as a trusted subject matter expert by customers and you can use knowledge of Dell’s services and solutions to recommend appropriate offerings. You are an exceptional communicator, confident in briefing and presenting to customers, sales teams and management at all levels and you have World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of customers’ business and the growth of Dell
We also expect you to:

-  be bilingual in German and English, preferably with university level qualification or equivalent
-  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within complex solution selling.
-  You have very strong negotiation skills and financial strength
-  You will become an expert in understanding of Enterprise and Client Services including ProSupport, ProManage and ProConsulting
