Project Program Management Sr. Advisor-Round Rock, TX

 

Provide operational project/program support to the Global Services Delivery Management Organization. Organization is responsible for delivery of premium Support Services to global enterprise customers, in a high growth opportunity business space. The organization, through significant growth, requires optimization of resources and cost to support the revenue based.

 

The role is focused on Global Operational and efficiency optimization for Global Technical Account Management organization, and requires frequent and direct interface with critical functional business groups inclusive of Services Finance, Global Finance, Global Call Center Operations, Global Services Marketing teams, Global Regional Sales teams, and Global TAM Leadership teams.

 

Role Responsibilities

-Business Process development on regional and global level

-Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements

-Resource and demand forecasting coordination and leadership

-Leadership of resource optimization initiatives; coordination with internal organizational engineering project teams

-Influencing organizational leadership in attaining key metrics in support of strategic financial, operational objectives

-Coordination with Global TAM Operations teams in global regions

-Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality

-Ensures the scope, schedule, and costs are reasonable and achievable

-Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews

-Coordinates functional perspectives from within and outside the project teams

-Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis

-Supports Dell tools and systems

-Create new and improve current Business Processes

 

Requirements

-Strong influencing and motivating skillsets

-MS Office suite: strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

-Strong communications skills: written and verbal; strong communications skills

-Strong Finance Acumen, Business Acumen skills

-Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering

-Experience in accounting, consulting, six-sigma, and/or operations management

 

Preferences

-Cross-functional work experience in a global/virtual environment

-MS Industrial Engineering
