Responsibilities

Perform “voice of the customer” studies, competitor analysis, and other market research to help identify opportunities and inform strategic plans.
Provide product training to end customers, direct field sales force, and distributors.
Support distributors with marketing content, product information, and promotion execution; help monitor and drive execution of cooperative business plans with distributors.
Execute at a detailed level the creation and implementation of marketing programs including asset development, promotion enablement, and sales too development.
Product application and other technical product support to the field sales force and distributors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field. MBA preferred
Five years or more experience in business-to-business product marketing, product development, marketing program management, technical marketing, and brand leadership.
Experience successfully marketing products internationally and working within complex organizational and reporting structures.
Experience successfully leading brand management and product planning strategies utilizing “voice of the customer” and other market research to identify and drive growth opportunities.
Experience planning and successfully executing new product introductions globally.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
