The Customer Service Associate works in a fast-paced environment. Incoming calls must be processed quickly, and interactions must be documented with a high degree of accuracy. The Customer Service Associate must use data entry skills to enter data into proprietary computer systems, and must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively provide customer service while interacting with contacts.
