With the opportunity to join a company who fosters strong workplace relationships and values the importance of feedback, your new position as a Customer Service Agent will see you as the face of Qantas, providing outstanding customer service to our customers. Located in our Airport Customer Experiences division, this is an exciting opportunity to launch your career with Qantas.
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Meeting and greeting customers on arrival at the airport
  • Checking in Qantas and client airlines customers both domestic and international
  • Assisting customers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft, including checking correct documentation
  • Assisting customers with special needs
To be successful in this role you will display:
  • Previous face to face customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills within a high volume, demanding environment
  • General computer literacy skills
  • A 'can do' positive attitude
  • Ability to work 7 day rotational roster
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Studies in travel, customer service or retail will be highly regarded,
  • Sound geographical knowledge of Australian locations and some major international destinations would be highly regarded
