Pernod Ricard Winemakers is looking to
appoint a dynamic Business Analyst with a difference. The role is responsible for managing HR
reporting processes, by ensuring consistency in approach across the region,
accurate analysis and providing valuable feedback of human resources data for
the business and management teams, to enable effective business decision making
and cost control.
Reporting
to the Regional HR Manager, and working closely with your Business Analyst
colleague, you will partner with HR teams across Pernod Ricard Winemakers and its business units
(Australia, NZ, China, USA and Spain) to develop and implement consistent HR
reporting practices providing analysis, statistical information and insight
into key people metrics.
Main
additional key responsibilities will include:
o
Working
closely with HR colleagues in the preparation of templates to support the
development of payroll budgets and forecasts for regional Pernod Ricard Winemakers business units and
collaborating closely with finance
o
Completing
variance analysis and reconciliations
o
Supporting
remuneration & benefits related tasks and projects, related to salary
surveys and product allowance
o
Supporting
the Social Reporting process across
o
Identifying
and recommending HRIS best practice and new technologies for Pernod Ricard Winemakers that further
enhance the delivery, speed and accuracy of HR service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will be
comfortable with HR systems (ie. ideally CHRIS21, ADP, Taleo) and reporting
tools and be highly competent using excel with circa. 3 years HR Analyst/ Finance/
Payroll experience. Ideally you will
have had exposure to both corporate and operational environments. You will have
a strong customer service focus that will enable you to consult and provide
advice to the business, as well as demonstrate strong analytical skills and a
flexible mindset.
