Main responsibilities/accountabilities:
Assistance in development of Martell Global marketing Strategy
•Support Sr Brand Manager & Marketing manager in the definition of  the global Martell House marketing Strategy and activation plans
•Develop expertise in business (competition, markets, channels, trends) & consumer  (needs, trends, behaviors) understanding, feed the team with regular reviews & benchmarks
•Translate strategic master plans into specific applications
ATL / BTL / Digital
•Develop  ATL/BTL/digital initiatives & assets, under the responsibility of Sr Brand Manager & Marketing manager.
•Collaborate with Marketing Delivery team to ensure adequation with market needs
•Assess performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Product (re)positioning and new product development
•Support development of full marketing mix – repositioning of existing products & new products
•Lead (re)definition of product stories and packaging design, in collaboration with design agencies, technical teams and lead markets.
Creation of first-class global activation toolkits
•Develop activation guidelines in collaboration with Marketing delivery team to maximize market relevancy
•Lead production of comprehensive, turnkey toolkits & playbooks
•Ensure respect of timelines and budgets
 
Main interactions
Internal: Martell Marketing Delivery, Digital, Finance, Legal, Style, Product Development & Realization, Purchasing, Supply Chain.
External: Design agencies, Advertising agency, consumer research institutes
 
Required Background & Skills:
•Master’s degree level in Marketing from  leading Business school
•~3/5 years of international marketing experience with a premium+ brand (preferably spirits/ wines/ luxury)
•Experience in product and brand activation platforms development
•Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with sense of business reality
•Excellent skills in project management & ability to drive simultaneous projects efficiently
•Excellent communication & presentation skills
•Strong digital skills
•High proficiency in French & English
