Main Missions:
1. Deliver top-notch marketing assets to key countries
•Co-develop marketing assets with key countries
•Manage operational development of marketing projects under responsibility
•Answer and challenge lead  markets requests for specific developments, connecting them with expert teams when needed (e.g. digital)
•Ensure proper execution of global projects' local activation and good delivery of strategic marketing assets in markets
2. Become expert of our strategic consumer community
•Get and share a consumer expertise ; create and activate proper platforms for consumers
•Edit digital content and animate the community
3. Follow up Martell local business development
•Follow local strategy, 5Ps, business plan, route to market/route to consumer
•Track latest brand activations (incl. competition)
•Follow-up key initiatives performances and sell-out results
•Identify & share best practices
4. Embody the "voice of the brand" in one-to-one interactions between key markets & Martell
•Interact on a daily basis with lead markets under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager
•Communicate Martell brand strategy and initiatives leveraging internal tools (video conferences/ webinars, chats…)
 
Profile & Experience required:
•Master degree level in Marketing
•~3/5 years of international marketing experience of a premium+ product (preferably spirits/ wines/ luxury)
•Proactive with entrepreneurial spirit
•Strong business sense, with ability to get hands-on when necessary (i.e. fair understanding of commercial, financials, operations and consumer insights)
•Excellent communication/ presentation skills
•Ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders simultaneously
•Strong digital skills
•High command of both French & English
