Position Summary

The Digital Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital programs at Corby supporting the Digital Director. His time will be divided working on our portfolio of brands as well as transversal digital projects that impact both marketing and sales. Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead key digital initiatives that significantly increase Corby digital fluency. In partnership with Corby Brand Teams, concentrate on driving consumer advocacy through best-in-class online brand strategy and activation and managing digital campaigns and consumer initiatives that enhance brand equity in key channels – such as social media, search, web and mobile – and ensure that these are complemented by effective eCRM and database marketing programs. Help source and then work with the best partners to increase online share-of-voice and positive sentiment against brand-specific target demographics – ultimately driving consumer advocacy of PRUSA brands. In partnership with Corby’s Trade Marketing work with key customers to increase level of partnership on digital. Work with third parties while drawing on his/her own personal creative and technical expertise to ensure Corby builds a strong network of digital resources.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day digital initiatives through Corby’s Brand Teams, Trade Marketing and agency partners that will drive engagement throughout the consumer journey and demonstrate value to key customers. Report the outcomes of these initiatives to the Director, Digital – in line with PRUSA business goals, and scale opportunities across the organization.

• Support PR USA’s Brand and Trade Marketing Teams and agency partners to create new, innovative digital consumer experiences – e.g. social, mobile, search, web, on-location, etc. – which will enhance current and evolving brand strategies and ultimately to create consumer advocacy for Corby brands and deliver value to our key customers.

• Work, as part of the Digital & Media Center of Excellence, to transform PR USA into a digitally-driven organization. Take ownership of key digital projects from inception to completion, while finding cutting edge new technologies and partners that can deliver competitive advantage.

• Train / Educate key internal PR USA stakeholders on the value and opportunities inherent in the Digital space. Assist stakeholders in evaluating the viability of individual projects from a resource and budget perspective.

• Work in partnership with the Director, Digital to monitor key agencies and suppliers to ensure that their work is results-driven and linked to PR USA business goals. Focus specifically on extracting maximum value from PR USA’s social media agency.

• Research and evaluate new processes, tools and technologies, and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in all relevant aspects of digital technology. Identify best-in-class solutions for PR USA, such as social media activation and measurement, mobile and location-based services, search optimization, web development, user experience design, Content Management Platforms, eCRM solutions, Data Management Platforms, mobile, tablets, etc.
