The project manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of assigned projects. 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Responsible for coordination and completion of assigned projects.
  2. Conducts research and analyzes data, processes and systems related to assigned projects; develops, recommends, and implements project action plans.
  3. Manages progress of projects and completes all assigned projects within specified time frames.
  4. Documents and manages performance review/improvement process and related activities.
  5. Develops and manages departmental budget.
  6. Establishes and maintains databases and other systems.
  7. Works collaboratively with internal and external resources.
  8. Provides high-level administrative support to assigned departments/leaders.
