ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordination and completion of assigned projects.
- Conducts research and analyzes data, processes and systems related to assigned projects; develops, recommends, and implements project action plans.
- Manages progress of projects and completes all assigned projects within specified time frames.
- Documents and manages performance review/improvement process and related activities.
- Develops and manages departmental budget.
- Establishes and maintains databases and other systems.
- Works collaboratively with internal and external resources.
- Provides high-level administrative support to assigned departments/leaders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field.
- Five years of related experience require; experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills.
- High level of proficiency in the use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with groups or teams.
- Demonstrated ability to confront and creatively manage conflict.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
