Our Store network will play a crucial role in our transformation, we have re-structured and created new roles to improve the way we serve our customers and ensure we meet their needs, offer excellent levels of customer service and achieve our business goals.

Our sector is vibrant, fast-moving and highly competitive.  As part of the Retail team, you’ll be face to face with our customers, delivering great customer service, finding out what customers want from their holiday, identifying how we can add value and enhance their holiday experience.
 
You must enjoy working in a sales environment, you will have your own targets to achieve, but with a real passion for travel and a total focus on customer service you will be hitting and exceeding your targets in no time.

Qualifications

 

Candidates should have a real passion for customer service, be able to quickly build rapport and understand what our customers are looking for.  We need people with strong communications skills, who have experience of delivering amazing customer service and achieving and exceeding sales targets, you must be able to close the sale and identify value add products that enhance our customer’s holiday experience.  When it comes to academic qualifications it would be great if you had GCSE in maths & English at grade C or above [or equivalent] and travel related qualifications are great too.  IT proficiency is essential as we use a number of systems to support our sales activity.
