Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance

Federal Way, WA

We are seeking applicants for future Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst candidates to join our Corporate Finance team that reports to the CFO of Dialysis Operations.  The team is responsible for financial planning/budgeting & analysis around the core dialysis business operations as well as G&A expense management.  Additional items include delivering analytic and strategic business insight to executives on core elements of the company’s operations, as well as the shorter term needs of current business units.

We are looking for innovative and creative individuals that have a desire to challenge paradigms while working as thought partners with leaders throughout the company.  The analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate analyses effectively within the team and with senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead special projects, structure the work, manage the process, drive the right set of analyses, and present the answer to leadership through a compelling storyline
• Coordinate monthly metric reporting for executive management along with additional monthly reporting duties such as financial statement and review files
• Analyze dialysis operation cost trends & vs. budget monthly to identify key outliers
• Utilize working knowledge of financial statements in thoughtful financial analyses
• Involvement in seasonal budgeting process for dialysis clinic operations
• Aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations, ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete results
• Ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously; willing to stretch “up” and “down” in responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 0 - 5 years of experience at top tier Corp Finance or Corporate Strategy department desired, but not required.

• Complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge in other MS Office products
• VBA, SQL, and/or other programming skills desirable but not required
• Demonstrated ability to be part of a fun, yet hard working team
• Experience with financial analysis, processes and terminology
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with teammates
• Ability to give advanced notice of planned absences from work, due to team's daily and unexpected demands for flawless deliverables
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
