Supporting the strategic business agenda, you will be responsible for driving organisational effectiveness and business change.
You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders on a broad range of business improvement activities and resolution of quality issues on a range of exciting and demanding global engineering projects. In addition, you will help design, develop and continuously improve our quality assurance systems.
Degree qualified or equivalent, you will have strong experience of working in a quality or business improvement role with extensive experience of investigation and auditing. You will have a strong customer focus, able to effectively influence and challenge appropriately to manage customer expectations.
The ability to lead cross-functional and multi-skilled teams is essential. You will understand how organisations work and be able to use both formal channels and informal networks to get things done. A proven problem solver and strong negotiator, you will be determined and be able to combat resistance or setbacks to achieve your aims.
