Our Service Desk team are recruiting for two experienced service desk analysts to join our dynamic workforce.  Working with ITIL processes you will ensure that incoming incidents and services requests are logged accurately in our service management tool.  Your experience in the provision of both 1st and 2nd level remote support for Windows 7 and Office 2010 will enable you to resolve calls in a timely and efficient manner. 
 
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume service desk encompassing remote desktop hardware support.  You will have demonstrated experience in Active Directory and working in an ITIL Framework where you have managed incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle. Your outstanding customer service skills will be key in this role.  Appropriate and timely communication to customers, and support teams will ensure successful service delivery. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal will be paramount in the delivery of your role.  You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and you will enjoy working in a fast ever changing environment.
 
The nature of the position may require you to work rostered shifts.
