Territory Account Manager II - Retail - UP

This is an Individual Contributor role to manage the Retail partners – Large Format Retail (LFR)  & Dell Exclusive Stores (DES) for sale of  Dell’s Consumer products (laptops, desktop, tablets, accessories)  in UP territory. Role will be based in Lucknow.  

 

Overall responsibilities:

·         Ensure Individual LFR / DES profitability & develop sales & marketing strategies for each partner

·         Responsible to improve the sell-out in assigned market.

·         Work with the LFR / DES Category managers to ensure higher visibility for Dell’s products

·         Manage, motivate & train the store staff

·         Planning the training calendar & facilitating training sessions for the store staff along with the training team

·         Should co-ordinate with the Marketing / RTM team to plan MDF utilization , catchment activations to improve walk-ins , plan offers when required

·         Reporting back to the Regional / HO team.

·         Understand competition activity / knowledge  /pricing & update the same to the required team

Bachelor’s + MBA in Sales & Marketing, past experience in Retail industry 

5+ years of relevant experience in working with Large Format Retailers on IT Hardware/ Electronics/ Telecom/ FMCD industry is necessary 

Past experience working National Retailers like Croma etc is preferred.

Should have managed on-rolls & off-rolls team in Stores /LFR counters

 Local language knowledge is preferred
