Position: Marketing Executive TP Arabia Area

 

 

 

Tetra Pak, operating in more than 165 markets worldwide, is a leading company offering  processing and packaging solutions for the food industry. Within the Tetra Pak Group, Tetra Pak Arabia Area. is responsible for the GCC & Levant markets, managing the relationship with customers and delivering packaging material, packaging & processing lines for carton packages.

 

Overview of the Position:

 

We are looking for a Marketing Executive, who will be a member of the Marketing Team in our HQ in Jeddah. In this position reporting to the Marketing Director, he/she will provide support for customer-related projects and implementation of Category Plans. This position is part of a career plan that could lead to national and international job opportunities as well as cross-functional experiences.

 

In this position you will also:

  • Analyse and understand relevant market trends and dynamics of the Category to identify relevant opportunities to improve Tetra Pak position in the market
  • Understand the competitive scenario and analyse the portfolio life cycle;
  • Execute approved Category Plans via category initiatives together with customers;
  • Support Category Manager in developing specific portfolio projects related to key categories and customers;
  • Provide market intelligence support, collecting value chain data and building strong network with customers, suppliers and colleagues;
  • Be responsible for following-up ad-hoc market research to be shared with customers and the commercial team;
  • Be involved in the Marketing Investment budget process.

 

Education and Languages:

A University degree in marketing, economics and/or business administration is required. An MBA or other significant Masters would be considered as an advantage. Excellent command Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.

 

Professional Skills and Experience:

1/2 years experience in marketing or sales in FMCG company. Nevertheless, profiles with a shorter or longer experience will be evaluated on the basis of the potential personal or business value they can bring to our company.

 

Personal Qualifications:

The candidate must be goal driven and results-oriented. He/she must be able to work together with other team members, exchanging information and supporting colleagues. He/she must be able to anticipate future needs and identify potential options and constraints, and has to be used to thinking through implications of decisions and actions. He/she must also demonstrate excellent communication skills.

 

Location: Jeddah

 

 

Amount of travelling required: 15%
