Customer Service Executive - Malaysia (1 Year Contract - Renewable)

The role of this position is a core member of the KAM (Key Account Management) team providing the primary customer contact for all Packaging Material (PM) and Additional Material (AM) order related aspects of the order fulfilment process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supply chain expertise
- Drive front office productivity
- Secure and execute order fulfillment process (design administration, order management, invoicing and logistics)
- Active member of KAM team
- Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on PM and AM supply chain service level
- Apply collaborative planning to secure supply chain PM efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of finished goods inventory level
- Develop intimacy through physical visits to customer
- Perform technical file pre-flight and design evaluation (Design evaluation proof)
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain, min. 5-6 years of exp
- Committed, pro-active, and positive personality
- Customer oriented
- Very good communication in English
- Team player
- Result oriented
- Be able to handle change
- Good knowledge of MS office
- SAP R/3 knowledge
- Knowledge , hand on and do simple editing on design files in softwares Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand
