Tetra Pak Market Company acting in Poland is seeking for a
Retail Manager
in our office based in Warsaw
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to complement a dynamic sales team in Warsaw. We are offering a full time position to support the business through driving new business development opportunities with retail segment.
Main Responsibilities
Prepares and executes Retail Strategy:
- Responsible for consumer insights based on in-store observations and analyses specific categories and key drivers for their development
- Establishes retail related objectives and targets
- Establishes a portfolio of retail related projects based on input from fact base
- Responsible for the Market Company’s retail strategy
Establishes and nurtures relations with retailers:
- In multi level and multi functional contacts
Develops retail competencies and knowledge within Market Company and Key Account Teams:
- Supports Key Account Teams and Marketing with retail knowledge
Participates in Key Account Management:
- When applicable, becomes a member of the Key Account Team
- Participates in account planning process for relevant accounts
Position requirements
Education & Experience:
- University degree, preferably within business administration or marketing
- 2–3 years of experience in retail management
- Exposure in retail trade marketing within an FMCG setting is an advantage
