TECHNICAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

£60,000 – 70,000 PER ANNUM PLUS BENEFITS, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Tetra Pak is the world's leading supplier of food processing and packaging systems.  Tetra Pak Limited supplies processing equipment and services to the dairy, cheese, beverage, prepared food and ice cream industries. We are seeking a Technical Key Account Manager for our Belfast office with the objective of supporting Account growth plans through selling service products and driving clients' operational efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities:

·         To set, monitor and follow up sales and profitability targets for Service Products.

·         To develop, maintain and manage relationships with clients and proactively drive resolution of issues through effective communication with the customer.

·         To identify opportunities to sell complex, value added solutions and progress to sell these technical value added services in to the existing customer base across the UK.

·         To set, monitor and follow up Customer Operational Performance Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

• To identify sales opportunities based on understanding of the clients' business and develop commercial opportunities.

• Actively identify and promote the sale of Maintenance contracts.

• Participate in local Technical Sales Market / Sales Plan.

·         To reduce operational costs and maximise system performance by deploying global service portfolio and best practice service solutions.

The successful candidate will have extensive relevant industry experience. Knowledge of and familiarity with Tetra Pak equipment is desirable. The successful candidate must also have a valid driving licence.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.
