Cargill Case Ready, part of the Cargill Animal Protein Platform, is a customer facing business who works directly with strategic customers to produce a consumer packaged product.

Cargill Case Ready has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Account Manager in Wichita, Kansas. This role will be responsible for the management of accounts to achieve budgeted sales volume, margin, and overall business objectives. This includes order management as well as effectively collaborating with the supply chain to create value for both the customer and Cargill.

Accountabilities:

55% Oversee order management responsibilities.

20% Collaborate with the Supply Chain to support order fill accuracy and on-time delivery

15% Account management responsibilities including forecasting and product planning initiatives

10% Continuous Improvement Efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Adapts well to change and has an energy for learning
Self motivated
Team Oriented
Must have intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT

Preferred Qualifications

· Account Management experience

· 2+ years in the meat industry
