Project Engineer
Tetra Pak
Main purpose of this position is design of technical solution at high professional level; follow-on during installation and commissioning works.
In this position Process Engineer has the following job responsibilities:
- Prepares a budget of an engineering part of a project;
- Develop in detail a design solution on the stage of project works related to production technology, requested functionality and layout of equipment;
- Agree an engineering solution with the Customer, Suppliers, with specialists and managers of the Tetra Pak Company;
- Perform monitoring of a progress of assembly works and settle current problems;
- Prepare functional diagram, functional description according to customer request, transfer this functionality into technical solutions, prepare technical specification of equipment and orders equipment: execute an order, control the terms of delivery of equipment, components and parts;
- Control of solution functionality from contract to commercial production
- Prepare documentation for the Customer in compliance with a contract on the basis of a developed technology.
- Control accordance of 3D model prepared by draftsman to functionality and layout in basic documentation , participate installation review meetings
Elaborates independently projects, including basic and installation documentation, preparation of specifications for order of the equipment and assembly materials.
Support installation, acceptance test and commissioning works.
Conducts the required training for the Customer upon request (Initial Training).
