THEPOSITION:
Thisposition is a Local Contract based in our corporate offices in Polanco MexicoCity, Mexico. This opportunity will report to the Business Intelligence ManagerCluster North, Central and South America.
Areyou seeking an opportunity to plan and drive marketing research activitiesacross Americas? As a Business Intelligence Professional you will be able to provideknowledge, insights and recommendations in a multicultural environment, to thedifferent Market companies of the Cluster North, Central and South America,which will allow them to prevent and react to constant market changes, tosatisfy consumer’s needs and to contribute to the organization’s growth.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult the different Market Companies in order to detect their information needs.
- Elaborate briefs, in order to receive proposals from agencies utilizing the correct qualitative and quantitative methodologies in order to meet internal customer’s needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional projects, partnering with the agency and with the Market Companies, obtaining valuable insights and recommendations.
- Follow up the research process: questionnaire revision, materials, final presentation planning, etc.
- Support and advise the Market Companies for executing local Marketing Research successfully.
- Interpret and analyze continuous information (Nielsen, Kantar World Panel, IRI) in order to develop actionable insights according to trends of each Food, Dairy and beverage industry.
- Create regional analyses for detecting growth opportunities across the Cluster.
- Oral presentations to different stakeholders across America.
EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE AND COMPTENCIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics or related.
- Preferred Master’s degree in Marketing or Statistics.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in speaking Spanish and English.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing research activities, developing and follow up projects.
- Wide experience with Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies: U&A’s, Share of Stomach, Brand equity projects, Segmentations, Conjoint Analysis, Product Test, Packaging evaluation.
- Experience presenting projects and results to top executives.
- Nielsen information interpretation is required.
- Open to travel mainly internationally 50% of the time.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate to all levels and well organized with a gregarious personality who enjoys building relationships, self driven and with a high business orientation.
