Overview
With the growth of our business, there are needs to reinforce our focus on project quality. This position report to the Quality & Process Tools Driver, you will develop and drive in supplier quality, risk assessment and quality system. You will work closely with the Project and Supplier Management team to drive quality improvement on large technically complex food and beverage projects for key international customers.
Job Function
1. Develop Quality Management System to improve project quality by

Strengthen Tetra Pak Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Project Quality Procedures
-
Implement Quality System- Area of focus include: Non-conforming product, internal and external audit, Training, Quality Planning, Facilitation of Root Cause analysis and Complaint Investigation

Planning and implementing Quality Assurance activities within the project and coordinate Project Quality Control Activities

Communicate and resolve quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actions

Ensure compliance issues are addressed for new and existing projects and participate in compliance program – related activities
2. Build up welding quality at project site by
-
Support Process Design Manager on improving welding quality assurance and control
-
Perform welding inspection on project site to ensure quality on welding meet customer requirement
-
Audit welders’ qualification and perform audit on sub-contractor
3. To ensure vendor product/service quality by
-
Perform vendor audit and drive continuous improvement in vendor
Assesses suitability and quality of vendors and sub-contractors for assigned projects and identify any necessary corrective measures -
Participate in Supplier Risk Assessment to drive supplier’s qualification, assessment and improvement

Conduct failure investigations and problem analysis regarding
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant Project Quality experience preferably in Food Manufacturing, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Oil & Gas industries
- Candidate with food industrial background will be a plus(Food quality and FDA etc)
- Good understanding of Quality Systems, Supplier Quality and Risk Assessment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal & external stakeholders regionally
- Independent, Assertive with ability to influence and drive quality processes
- Proficient in MSOffice
- Good problem solving skills with ability work in a fast changing, ambiguity environment
Candidate with welding experience preferred, qualified/certified in accordance with:
- AWS QC1:96, SNT-TC-1A
- IWT: InternationalWelding Technologist
- EWT: EuropeanWelding Technologist
- EWI: EuropeanWelding Inspector
- IWI: InternationalWelding Inspector
- VTw 2: VisualTesting-welding level 2
- Or Equivalent International Certification
