Sales Administrator (1 Year Contract)

Tetra Pak

  • Prepare L/C and non L/C shipment documents
  • Prepare packing lists for shipments
  • Prepare performance invoices to regional customers
  • Proof read B/L documents for regional customers
  • Liaise with our market companies (Sales & Marketing Division in Tetra Pak) on their shipments requirements
  • Liaise with forwarders on air & sea shipment and courier services
  • Liaise with vendors on logistics issue
  • Perform goods receipt in SAP system
  • Prepare commercial invoices to customer in SAP system
  • Purchase Order creation in SAP system
 
 
  • Diploma in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain or relevance
  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer services, sales co-ordination, warehousing or logistics support preferably with MNCs
  • Good understanding of L/C shipment document and able to liaise with forwarders & courier services
  • Attention to details and well organized with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Interpersonal savvy and able to engage with people at all levels
  • SAP knowledge is mandatory
  • Willing to work in West Area
